Billing Policy
Updated at 2026-05-30
Catalog ProSuite is operated by Stormforth LLC (“Stormforth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Catalog ProSuite refers to the app, service, website, product, and related features made available by Stormforth LLC.
This Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, credits, refunds, cancellations, taxes, payment processing, Founder benefits, and related payment terms are handled for Catalog ProSuite by Stormforth LLC. This policy is incorporated into the Catalog ProSuite Terms of Service by reference.
Subscriptions
Stormforth LLC offers monthly subscription plans for Catalog ProSuite.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Pricing Changes
Stormforth LLC may change Catalog ProSuite prices, credit costs, plan features, and billing terms from time to time.
Where a pricing change materially affects an active paid subscription, Stormforth LLC may notify the account email before the change applies, unless immediate changes are required by law, tax, fraud prevention, payment provider requirements, or abuse prevention.
Starter Monthly may upgrade to Pro Monthly immediately. Stripe applies proration for eligible upgrades.
Downgrades are not currently applied as an immediate plan change. To move to a lower plan, customers must cancel the current subscription, keep access through the end of the paid term, and choose the lower plan after the current term expires. No refund or credit clawback is applied solely because renewal was canceled.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable.
Customers may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credit usage, processing costs, storage costs, and infrastructure costs make purchases non-refundable.
Administrators may manually issue goodwill refunds outside the normal policy if necessary. Refunds may be denied when substantial usage occurred, including:
- significant credit consumption
- bulk image processing
- exports/downloads
- high-volume AI operations
- suspected abuse or fraud
Credits
Credits are internal platform units that may be used only to access eligible services within Catalog ProSuite. Credits are not money, legal tender, cryptocurrency, stored value, a deposit account, or a financial product. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, exchanged, brokered, gifted, or used outside the platform.
Subscription credits are replenished on each subscription renewal.
Add-on credits are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once partially or fully consumed.
When an immediate upgrade is completed, Catalog ProSuite may grant the new plan's subscription credit allowance for the applicable billing period after payment is confirmed. To prevent duplicate plan allowances for the same period, overlapping lower-plan subscription credits may be replaced, reversed, or offset in the credit ledger. Credits already used before the upgrade remain used.
Credits are not clawed back solely because a subscription renewal is canceled. Canceling a subscription disables future renewal; current paid access and applicable current-term subscription credits remain available until the paid term ends, subject to ordinary expiration, usage, abuse prevention, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and applicable law.
We may deduct credits when services are used, reverse credits issued due to error, fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, violation of the Terms of Service, and correct ledger or balance errors. We may modify credit packages, pricing, redemption rates, or eligible uses of credits on a going-forward basis.
Founder Benefits
Founder status is permanently tied to this account and is non-transferable.
If this account has an active eligible subscription, Founder discounts apply on the next subscription.
If the subscription is canceled or inactive, the discount is suspended until an eligible subscription is reactivated.
Deleting the account permanently forfeits Founder status and benefits.
Refund Requests
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Goodwill refund requests are reviewed case by case by administrators.
Stormforth LLC may consider:
- purchase date
- subscription type
- credit usage
- jobs processed
- exports/downloads
- account activity
- fraud or abuse indicators
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Workspace Storage and Add-ons
Each plan includes the workspace storage allowance shown in the Service or at checkout. Storage includes applicable originals, processed files, quote-request materials, attachments, and generated files retained in a workspace. Temporary processing data may not count toward the displayed allowance. Purchased storage add-ons increase the allowance only for the workspace to which they are assigned. Founder storage benefits require an active eligible paid plan.
Canceling or reducing a storage add-on takes effect at the end of its paid term. If workspace usage then exceeds the reduced allowance, the workspace enters a 7-day grace period. During this period, existing files may be viewed, downloaded, or deleted. Customer quote-request media may still be accepted into temporary ingestion storage, while processing, imports, generated files, exports, and other actions that increase durable workspace storage may be queued or restricted.
Before the grace period ends, the workspace owner may reduce usage, restore storage, or review which file bundles will be retained. If no selection is made, the Service uses a default selection intended to preserve important and active content. It selects expired trash and temporary files first, followed by reproducible exports, previews, derived variants, and inactive files from oldest to newest. Pinned files are skipped, related files may be handled as a bundle, and originals, quote attachments, active catalogs, and open quote-request materials are selected last.
At the end of the 7-day grace period, excess selected files may be moved to Trash and placed in restricted lower-tier storage. Trashed files do not remain generally accessible and may require restoring sufficient storage to recover. The Trash recovery period lasts 30 days. Unless storage is restored or applicable law requires longer retention, excess files become eligible for permanent deletion 37 days after the reduced allowance took effect. We will provide notices through the Service or account contact information before moving files to Trash and before deletion. Files that fit within the allowance are not deleted under this storage-downgrade process.
